"Una Tempestad"

Prospero had a rivalry with his brother. He was in an island with his daughter Miranda. He loved to call himself a god and also he abused of his power, he punished Caliban and Ariel. He didn't wanted them to be free, maybe because he couldn't have his freedom or leave the island.
Caliban, who was often treated like a slave and also called monster couldn't wait for the day that he could feel the freedom. He never saw Prospero as a god because he believed in his own god. Prospero abused of Caliban and also oppressed him.Caliban wanted his freedom and vengeance.

In the speeches of Caliban, I understood what a fighter for his freedom he was. I didn't know what his character was about. At first, Miranda was afraid of her father thoughts, then she changes when she fell in love with Ferdinand and decides to marry him.

Trinculo and Stephano, even though they were really drunk, wanted to take control of the island. They thought the island had lots of potential and they wanted to kill the king, who was with them in the ship, but they were caught in the act.

Dr. Isel Rodriguez did a very good job by using the shadows and also de sound efects the students did. The sound effects felt real, you could appreciate better the enviroment. The shadows gave the play a good touch and also it was very funny.

In my opinion, the play was very well done. The students did an amazing job and made the play fun so it was good for the ones watching it. Although I'm not a lover of watching plays, I never felt bored. Seriously, it was one of the best plays I've seen and I would totally recommend it,

Caliban represented courage. As I already said, Caliban was a very brave native. He confronted Prospero on different occasions, just because he wanted his freedom.
